Celeste has been working in the fitness and health industry since 2004, bringing a unique clinical perspective as a physiotherapist and biokineticist. Her journey with Pilates began as a competitive athlete dealing with recurring sports injuries that conventional rehabilitation alone couldn’t address. Pilates became the missing link, allowing her to correct movement patterns, build balanced strength, and prevent future injuries. This personal transformation inspired her to integrate Pilates into her clinical practice and pursue her BASI Comprehensive Pilates Certification in 2017.
With additional certifications as a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT), Barre instructor, and numerous other specialized certifications, Celeste specializes in rehab, prenatal and postnatal care, athletic performance, and much more. She teaches group and individual classes focused on injury prevention, performance enhancement, and functional movement.
As a Master Trainer, Celeste has discovered great fulfillment in mentoring new instructors, helping them develop their technical skills, confidence, and instructional clarity. She is deeply committed to maintaining high instructional standards while creating an environment where both instructors and clients feel empowered, seen, and supported.
