Kimberly Fielding, NCPT® is a leading educator in the Pilates method, with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and more than a decade as a Master Teacher. She has trained, mentored, and certified hundreds of Pilates instructors, authored and co-authored the Gramercy Pilates Teacher Training Program manuals, created and developed innovative fitness and mind-body programs. She is dedicated to shaping the next generation of Pilates instructors and gives them the tools and confidence to become highly skilled instructors. Her work has reached students worldwide and has trained and certified instructors from the United States, Mexico, France, Japan, China, Korea, Russia, Belarus, Greece, Israel, India, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, and the Philippines. She integrates rehabilitation, movement science, and mind body wellness to help instructors develop a comprehensive, results driven approach to teaching. Kim’s teaching philosophy is rooted in balancing the whole person- mind, body, and spirit, giving students the knowledge, support, mentorship, encouragement, empowerment and tools to become talented, confident and accomplished Pilates Instructors. Kimberly Fielding, NCPT® is a leading educator in the Pilates method, with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and more than a decade as a Master Teacher. She is dedicated to shaping the next generation of Pilates instructors and gives them the tools and confidence to become highly skilled instructors. Her work has reached students worldwide and has trained and certified instructors from the United States, Mexico, France, Japan, China, Korea, Russia, Belarus, Greece, Israel, India, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, and the Philippines. She integrates rehabilitation, movement science, and mind body wellness to help instructors develop a comprehensive, results driven approach to teaching. Currently, she serves as the Director of Pilates for nine Club Pilates locations under the Deblankson group, overseeing the Pilates programming, Leads, instructor development, education, hiring and onboarding, and client experience. She previously held the role of Director of Teacher Training at Gramercy Pilates NYC and was the owner of KF 360 Pilates, Wellness & Movement Studio in NYC.


With over 10 years of experience as a Rehab and Movement Specialist in physical therapy clinics, Kim has worked extensively with patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. She has collaborated with physical therapists and medical professionals to develop corrective movement strategies for a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, as well as pain management and movement efficiency- knowledge she brings directly into her teacher training.


She holds specialized training in:
Multiple Sclerosis (MS) & Parkinson’s, Pre- & Post-Natal Care, Somatic Movement & Trauma Recovery, Laban Movement Analysis, Bartenieff Fundamentals, The Franklin Method, Overuse, Sports, & CNS-Related Injuries & Diseases

Kim’s Pilates education includes training under Lesley Powell and Doris Pasteur-Hall, earning certifications from:
The Method Pilates (PhysicalMind Institute) 2003- MAT 2005-Comprehensive, Balanced Body, Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT)
