Donielle
Donielle is originally from Illinois, moving to Denver in 2016 with her husband (CO native) and her 2 daughters. She worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Chicago for the majority of her career, beginning in 1999, at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (now called the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab). She specialized in the treatment of patients with neurological disorders, musculoskeletal impairments, and pain. She also earned a B.S. in Movement Sciences from the University of Illinois. She has extensive continuing education in soft tissue mobilization techniques, neural mobilization, functional movement, and postural respiration. She will complete the 500 hour Club PIlates certification in May 2023. She is passionate about helping people find pain free movement and strength in targeted areas of the body with the goal of preventing injuries & promoting an active lifestyle. SPECIALIZING IN PRIVATES
