Brittney has always been active throughout her life, but found that consistent Pilates practice made her body stronger, leaner, and more balanced. In addition to the physical, mental-emotional boost, it was also fun! From the precise movements, core connection and deep breathing, it is an amazing form of exercise and she is confident that everyone at every age benefits from it! Brittney believes in today's fast paced and distracted society, the Mind-Body connection is more important than ever. She is a graduate of the 500-Hour Pilates Apparatus and TRX Certification through Club Pilates. Her philosophy is- “move happily and enjoy the moments”.
