Iris used to do yoga and workout at gyms. After she got pregnant, she was looking for exercises that are suitable for moms. She started her very first prenatal reformer Pilates and loved it! She became interested in practicing Pilates by using different apparatuses to strengthen and stretch her body. She wants to share that Pilates is Creative and Fun with others. She decides to become an instructor after years of practice. Iris is a certified instructor. She believes that everyone can benefit from practicing Pilates - working with your own range of motions to train your body and mind.
