I was first introduced to Pilates as rehabilitation method when I had a knee injury after a car accident in 2013. After falling in love with Pilates, I went through comprehensive 500 hours Pilates training to become an instructor in 2020. I plan my classes based on activating and strengthening deep muscle groups. I also love to hybrid my class with contemporary Pilates and functional movement.
