Kelly is a STOTT Pilates Comprehensive Certified Instructor. In addition, she has also completed her 200 hour certifications in both Yoga and Thai Bodywork among an expansive resume of additional certifications and workshops. With over 20+ years teaching group classes and training clients, she really brings a jam packed tool box of knowledge and expertise to her work. She possesses a passion for teaching like no other. Her curiosity for movement in general and how it can affect one's personal life happiness, mind, body and spirit, along with her love for teaching is what really excites her. Kelly's own personal physical struggles allows her to empathetically greet her clients where they are today and encourages them to focus on what they can do vs what they cannot. She teaches to the body in front of her which means that no two classes or sessions look the same - similar, but different. Pilates is more than just a physical practice - it's a chosen lifestyle. She believes that Movement Matters! And that when you Breathe, Move and Connect, you will experience life to the fullest! "Seize the Day" is one of her favorite mantras!
