Pilates changed Alli’s life forever!!! Alli lost all confidence, hope and self-esteem after her diagnosis of breast cancer and subsequent surgeries. Alli’s mother helped her to take the first step in the front door of Club Pilates in 2018. Between her husband Brian (also a Club Pilates instructor!), her support group of family and friends, and the open arms of Club Pilates, she knew she had her back covered! With a handful of classes, Alli began to identify with her body, regain range of motion and feel more confident every day. Alli was stepping back into her new body. She felt more successful with each class! Pilates made Alli feel whole, but more importantly, it made her feel beautiful! Pilates had allowed Alli the ability to evolve into whom she is today. She knew it was her calling to becoming a Certified Pilates Instructor so that she can help everyBODY find their best version of themselves no matter the journey! Alli hopes to extend the love and healing Pilates has to offer to all walks of life.
