In 2001 I started Pilates matwork; in 2008 I began working on the
reformer. In both instances I was recovering from injuries. After
experiencing the positive effects on my mental and physical
health, I became an instructor in 2012. My favorite aspect of
teaching Pilates is working with individuals in various stages of
recovery. “Amaze yourself!” has become my mantra, especially
with Pilates.
