Teara's interest in wellness started during her time in the military. To balance out her busy schedule and workout regime she found yoga. After finishing her time in the military, Teara continued her yoga practice, and as that grew she decided to start teaching yoga, which she's done for 3 years now, Along with being a certified meditation and breath work teacher. Teara began taking Pilates classes and began to realize the beauty in the "contrology" aspect of Pilates. She loved the focus on breath, alignment, and bodily awareness because it can all be applied outside of the studio as well. This led Teara to begin her teaching journey and now she loves seeing the spark in clients during classes. Outside of the studio Teara enjoys writing and performing poetry, traveling, and cooking new foods.
