Melissa first found Pilates as a method of rehabilitation after a bad leg injury. She found a noticeable difference in leg strength and comfort that lead to more enjoyment in her everyday life. But she never stopped practicing! Melissa spent more time practicing and learning about its history. It was inevitable that her focus would lead her to becoming an instructor. She is a recent graduate of the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program and is thrilled to now live her passion and educate others on the many benefits of Pilates.
