Pam is originally from the panhandle of Florida where she met her husband while working out at the gym. After 24 years of marriage, 3 sons, and moves that have taken them through the Northwest and Midwest, they are happily settled in Dallas. While Pam has been active all her life and has participated in several different training programs, she sees Pilates as the “whole body, whole life” routine. “Whole body” in that it provides a complete workout for all muscle groups and joints, providing balance and harmony; and “Whole life” in that Pilates can be suited for everyone at every age. Pam sees her role as an instructor as being a “mentor” and “coach” for those seeking physical and emotional balance through exercise and wellness.
