I became a Club Pilates member in 2018 to help strengthen my body and hopefully help my knee issues. I have always been interested in health and fitness but would quickly get bored with my workout routine. Pilates very quickly changed my body, strengthening the muscles that support the knees which alleviated my knee pain. I have yet to get bored with my Pilates practice, I actually look forward to working out! I quickly realized I wanted to make a career change and become an instructor. I love challenging new member and watching their bodies change and grow stronger. In addition to my love of Pilates, I enjoy cooking, I have been a vegan since 2008 and love to share my knowledge and great recipes. My husband an I are avid travelers, we are big on cruising with over 20 cruises under our belt. We share five children and one grandchild so family time is very special especially when we can get them all in one location.
