Michelle has been involved in the world of dance and fitness for over 50 years. Because of her love for teaching movement, she received her Masters in Dance and Education. She was first introduced to Pilates as a young dancer and privileged to have worked with several of the 1st generation elders. She is fully certified through the Physical Mind Institute. She has advanced certifications in Gait Analysis, Injury and Special populations, Pilates for Golfers, Barre Method, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. Her interest in Health and wellness led her to 1st and 2nd degree Reiki, she is a Certified Nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition and Certified Level 1 Yamuna Body rolling. The last 25 years she's focused on injury prevention and keeping her clients moving. She is excited to share her love for Pilates at Club Pilates!
