Yih Yee Wong believes that each body, at any age, from any walk of life, can benefit from Pilates, so her sessions are inclusive, holistic, and compassionate safe spaces. From beginners to professional athletes, she customizes choreographed moves to clients' specific physical needs to develop stronger, more flexible and functional bodies. Her biggest sense of reward comes from supporting clients as they surprise themselves by discovering different ways to feel and move their bodies and as they also explore a higher potential for a healthier mind and body. Everyone is invited to join her for a fun, creative, and progressively challenging journey. In her free time, she plays the piano, makes art, teaches English and Mandarin Chinese, and whenever possible, she loves scuba diving. Her certification comes from Balanced Body.
