Diana began her fitness career and passion for teaching others back in 2006. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Wellness. After she graduated, she became certified personal trainer/group fitness instructor. She has taught and trained in several exercise modalities over the years in the Portland area Diana discovered the Pilates Method shortly after a serious accident. She was looking for gentle strengthening and a form of rehabilitation for her injuries. This allowed her new journey to begin, not only helping her own body recover, but setting her on a new focused career path as a Pilates Instructor. Diana appreciates her wonderful master trainers she worked with who guided her to achieve a Certification at Pacific Northwest Pilates here in Portland, Oregon. She has always had a passion for movement in lots of fun fitness styles. When not in the Pilates Studio, Diana enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, biking, running, crossing country skiing, and nature photography. Diana is greatly inspired by watching her clients progress in their own Pilates practice. Not only in how Pilates has helped them manage chronic discomforts, but really thrive, living life to the fullest!
