Alicia brings a competitive edge and athletic drive to every training session. She is committed to helping her clients feel and perform their best—from the inside out. She strongly believes that true health begins from the inside. It’s not just about the way that we look, but the way we feel physically and mentally, and about what we eat. Her intentions are to teach you a full mind and body workout that is also very FUN!
Her passion for fitness was forged early; growing up, she excelled in softball, volleyball, and taekwondo. A natural athlete, she built a strong foundation in movement, discipline, and endurance. Alicia has developed a deep mastery of Pilates, with over 15 years of dedicated practice. In 2016, she completed the demanding Power Pilates Comprehensive Program, equipping her to train individuals across all fitness levels. She has worked with everyone from preschoolers to seniors to professional athletes. In 2019, she completed her Club Pilates Bridge training and has been teaching for the company ever since.
Alicia holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Management and Public Relations from the University of Texas at Arlington. She also has degrees in both holistic nutrition and pastry arts from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. When she isn’t in the Pilates studio, you can find her in her kitchen whipping up something healthy and delicious!
