Originally from Southern California, Ashley grew up playing multiple sports and developed a deep appreciation for movement and physical health. After dealing with knee sensitivity, she discovered Pilates as the most effective and sustainable form of exercise for the body. Pilates not only helped her build strength and stability but also deepened her mind/body connection in a way no other practice had. Now as a Pilates instructor, she is passionate about helping others discover that same connection and feel empowered in their own movement journey
