Kyleata’s focus is to bring in alignment with the mind body and spirit within her practice. She is a natural athlete. Growing up she participated in most sports, such as volleyball, lacrosse, and dance. Today she stays active by biking, hiking, paddling board, golfing and routinely stepping out for a night of salsa. She quickly fell in love with Pilates as a client and eagerly started her studies to become the dynamic instructor that she is today. In addition to being a dedicated instructor of Club Pilates. Kyleata also generates a community of women being feminine fit and inspirational (FFI).
