I started my personal movement journey at 2 years old when I took my first dance class and continued with it until I graduated high school. Within that time I was introduced to Pilates from a former dance teacher, who incorporated Pilates movements within our Ballet warmup.
During college, I decided to become a Pilates instructor. It was the hardest course that I’ve ever gone through, but it is by far the most rewarding.
Knowing what muscles help move what parts of our body and connecting deeper with ourselves are a few of my main focuses in my classes.
I became an instructor to help every individual feel better mentally and physically, one teaser at a time!
