Annie has been a certified personal trainer since 2017 and completed her STOTT Pilates certification in 2018, the same year she started teaching at Club Pilates. While her background is in strength training, she’s a big believer in the unique benefits that Pilates offers - especially when it comes to body awareness, mobility, and building control. She enjoys teaching all class types but especially loves 2.5 Flow and FIIT for the variety, challenge, and opportunities to help members connect more deeply with their movement. Annie’s favorite part of teaching is when something clicks for someone - whether it’s a new skill, a better understanding, or just being able to feel something they haven’t before.
