A martial artist for more than 25 years, Andrew fell in love with Pilates in 2022 while branching out and exploring other spheres in the world of movement. The practice was a great tool in rehabilitating injuries, building a more supported and mobile base, and also a stronger mind-body connection, and his gratitude has motivated him to help students of all ages and abilities to experience the same benefits. Andrew has now been a Pilates instructor for nearly three years and also teaches capoeira, having earned his “Instructor” cord in 2024. He enjoys bringing his creativity – and his understanding of the body and good form that he has learned from his different martial arts practices – to support individuals’ long-term balance, stability and mobility goals so they can live the lives they want. Students who are enthusiastic about movement, pushing themselves to try new things and enjoy exploring what their bodies can do will find an equally avid partner in Andrew.
