Meet Ashley
Originally from Louisiana, Ashley is a Balanced Body Comprehensively Certified Instructor with a passion for helping people improve their quality of life through Pilates. She has been teaching for over five years and loves guiding students toward greater strength, confidence, and body awareness.
Ashley teaches contemporary Pilates with a blend of athletic energy and nourishing, restorative movement. Her classes focus on mindful, intentional movement that builds alignment, stability, and awareness from the inside out. She wants every student to leave feeling stronger, more connected, and confident in how they move.
One of Ashley’s most memorable teaching moments was seeing a client move pain-free after years of back discomfort — a reminder of just how transformative Pilates can be.
Outside the studio, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, traveling, hiking, volunteering with her church, and hosting a monthly supper club to explore Asheville’s amazing food scene. She also has a background in photography and fashion, having worked with a plastic surgery group and assisted a stylist for country music stars in Dallas and Nashville.
