Meet Trish Originally from Toronto, Canada, Trish brings over 23 years of teaching experience and a deep passion for helping others move, feel, and live better. Her fitness journey began over two decades ago when she attended a Pilates session at a fitness conference—and immediately knew Pilates needed to be part of her life. The way it transformed her own strength, mobility, and body awareness inspired her to become an instructor and share those same benefits with others. Trish holds multiple certifications, including: Group Exercise/Fitness Instructor (AFAA), Personal Trainer (NASM), Pilates Mat & Special Props (Body Harmonics), Comprehensive Pilates Certification (Peak Pilates), BODYBAR Pilates Certification (BODYBAR), TRX Certification (TRX), Schwinn Cycling Instructor (Schwinn) Her combined experience as a classically trained Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and fitness professional allows her to cue with precision and help clients truly feel the work in their bodies. Trish focuses on educating clients about the “why” behind each movement and helping them engage the right muscles for maximum benefit. Having undergone lumbar spine surgery at age 45, she has a deep, personal understanding of how Pilates can strengthen and restore back health safely and effectively. Trish finds joy in witnessing her clients’ “ah-ha” moments—when everything clicks, and they finally feel the power and control of a movement. What she loves most about teaching at Club Pilates is the strong sense of community and the shared commitment to growth and wellness among both clients and instructors. Outside the studio, Trish enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and walking, and she’s passionate about all things creative—especially knitting and learning to sew.
