Served in the British Royal Navy where I started my fitness journey. Then the British police where I was a self defense trainer.
Came to USA to help run a meditation center called peace village in the Catskills which I still do on the weekends.
25 years as a personal trainer. 10 years teaching STOTT pilates to advanced level private and group classes. Also a Nutritional movement alignment and AIS stretching specialist.
As an alignment coach I consider Pilates to be one of the best all body conditioning modalities for and active pain free life.
In the winter season I teach Skiing and Snowboarding at Mohawk Mountain.
My hobbies include Surfing Hiking Mountain biking and singing.
