Jenn Miranda is a Pilates Instructor with a decade-long foundation in yoga and a teaching style that blends alignment, intuition, and curiosity. With over 10 years of experience in mindful movement—including 7 years as a certified yoga instructor and now emerging as a dedicated Pilates professional.
Her wellness journey began after years of physically demanding work that left her seeking a more sustainable relationship with movement. A lifelong lover of sports and physical expression, Jenn found healing through yoga and breath work, which eventually led her to deepen her focus on strength and stability. Her transition into Pilates was sparked by a desire to support long-term body longevity and add variety to her movement practice.
Jenn’s classes are known for being grounded yet playful, precise yet approachable. She teaches from an authentic space, believing that challenges can be met with both curiosity and fun. Her mission is to help others feel more present in their bodies, build resilient strength, and approach movement as a form of self-kindness.
Outside the studio, Jenn loves hiking, dancing, gardening, and taking long walks on the beach with friends—always finding joy in connection, nature, and creative expression. She lives by the philosophy that movement is medicine, and she’s passionate about making it accessible, enjoyable, and meaningful for everyone she works with.
