Hi, I’m Danielle. Through Pilates, I rediscovered a connection to movement that is both
challenging and energizing...so much so that I chose to take my practice further through
teacher training.
As a Registered Dietitian and Health Educator with over 20 years of experience, I’ve
supported individuals in building practical, sustainable habits to strengthen their health
and longevity; putting both years in life and life in those years. Now, as I complete my Club
Pilates Teacher Training, I’m excited to bring that same supportive, empowering approach
to movement coaching.
My goal is to create a space where we all belong. Whether you’re brand new or building on
years of practice, we’ll breathe, connect, flow and have fun while building strength,
confidence and resilience for all you do both inside and beyond the studio.
