Christine has a huge passion for Pilates! She has been a dancer and competitive equestrian most of her life. Pilates has given her the strength and balance she was lacking and found it to be the most beneficial for her body. She has taught dance for a long time and loves the quality of movement Pilates teaches. She loves seeing her students progress and hearing how it has benefited them. Christine combine’s her dance and fitness experience to challenge her clients. Her positive energy and while teaching makes each class fun and exciting!
