Keisha has worked in the fitness industry for several years as a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and cycle instructor. After taking her very first reformer Pilates class over five years ago she was hooked! She began seeing the benefits of Pilates immediately as it helped alleviate her low back pain and also helped her rehabilitate after a major surgery. Along with earning a degree in exercise science, she obtained her 500-hour comprehensive Pilates training through Club Pilates Teacher training and currently teaches in several studios throughout the Midwest. When you come to Keisha’s class, you can expect an upbeat, challenging (and sometimes sweaty) workout along with an awesome music playlist!
