My name is Trudy Altman and I love everything about health and fitness! I have been teaching for just over 3 years now. I am a Club Pilates certified pilates instructor, personal trainer, and have my certification in sports nutrition. My love for fitness started in 2010 at the age of 47 when I decided to take my health back and I started training in the gym. I have competed in 8 bodybuilding shows earning misc placings in the figure division. In 2018 I underwent rotator cuff surgery; it was post rehab that I found pilates and fell in love with all it offered. It helped me regain my mobility in my shoulder and introduced me to a new way to stay in shape and age more gracefully. I loved it so much I became a Pilates Instructor so that I could help others work towards their fitness goals. I am a stickler for form and will always challenge you to do just a little more than you think you're capable of all while keeping you safe and having fun!
