Born and raised in Texas, I grew up dancing, which taught me the importance of mindful movement and the deep connection between body and mind. When I discovered Pilates, I was instantly drawn to how it combined strength, control, and awareness in such a balanced and intentional way. After just a few months of practice, I realized I wanted to help others feel the same confidence, alignment, and sense of empowerment that my instructors helped me find. That passion led me to pursue teaching, and since then, I’ve continued expanding my knowledge through additional training in Active Recovery, TRX, and Barre. My goal in every class is to create a space where clients can move with purpose, build strength from within, and leave feeling both grounded and uplifted.
