Brittany Baum
"Brittany’s journey to Pilates came after years of navigating joint injuries, multiple surgeries, and a diagnosis of hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. A former gymnast, runner, and longtime certified yogi, she always loved movement—but her flexible joints often worked against her. When yoga started to contribute to her injuries, she sought something more supportive.
Pilates quickly became that answer. After just a few classes, she noticed improvements in strength, posture, and joint stability. It replaced her need for physical therapy, chiropractic visits, and even boosted her confidence. The deeper she got into the practice, the more passionate she became about helping others discover its healing power.
Brittany is especially passionate about working with clients with hypermobility, chronic pain, or those recovering from injury. As a breast cancer survivor, she brings compassion and energy to every class—and believes that movement should feel empowering, restorative, and fun.
Outside the studio, Brittany loves gardening, traveling, outdoor adventures and connecting with others on their wellness journey."
