I started Pilates for a knee mobility issue, and immediately fell in love with how I felt physically and mentally. The practice of Pilates and the transformation that Pilates had on my mental health has been a life changing experience. I believe that the mind body connection of Pilates can empower a deeper, more intelligent approach to fitness. I truly want to inspire movement through helping others find their breath and increase their practice through the principles of Pilates. As a lifelong learner and teacher, I know passion fuels success. My hope is to inspire others and help them find a deeper appreciation of their mental and physical health. One of the things I noticed is that Pilates can accommodate every fitness level from someone who is just starting out or has mobility issues, to an elite athlete, and everyone in between. The first step is showing up, and from there the sky’s the limit. Take the time to kind to yourself today! I hope to see you in class.
