Certified Pilates Instructor
Jenny has been practicing Pilates for 7 years and fell in love with it after her first reformer experience. She noticed after 3 months of practicing Pilates three times per week that her running time improved by a whole minute/mile. Wow!
Jenny obviously loves running. She also loves being outside walking her dog Rooney, downhill skiing, mountain bike riding, hiking, paddle boarding, and she is a former collegiate soccer player and has played competitively for 30 years!
Jenny's teaching style is definitely athletic-energetic, fun, but challenging. She wants the participants in her classes to feel like they get the most out of each muscle group and movement with proper form and control.
Jenny is also a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. She has a BA from WWU in exercise science and a nutrition minor. She recently completed the PPSC certification (Pain Free Performance Strength Coach), and is an apprentice instructor at the Bellevue & South Lake Union Club Pilates studios while she finishes up her hours for her Pilates certification.
