As the daughter of a 1980s aerobics instructor, Andra grew up in exercise classes! She eventually ditched the legwarmers and found her love for the way movement transforms body and mind by becoming a yoga instructor and personal trainer. In 2014, she became a Yoga Alliance certified 500-hour E-RYT where she discovered her love for helping others feel stronger, more balanced, and confident in their bodies. For the past 10+ years, she has worked with a wide range of clients through yoga, group fitness and personal training. Andra always aims to create classes and privates that guide all bodies to move with intention, build strength, and find joy in the process! In October 2025, Andra completed her Balanced Body Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructor certification. She is currently pursuing the Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates certification and expects to complete this in 2026. When not teaching classes or working with clients, Andra spends her time as a Healthcare IT consultant, hiking the beautiful Oregon wilderness or cooking something delicious at home.
