Erin is a 500 hour comprehensive certified Pilates instructor, trained through Club Pilates with advanced coursework in anatomy and special populations. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to enhance mobility, build functional strength, and help clients feel truly empowered in their bodies.
Her journey into Pilates began with personal transformation. After navigating the challenges of chronic illness, she turned to movement as a way to heal, reconnect, and rebuild. That experience continues to shape her teaching. Erin understands what it means to start fresh, move with intention, and celebrate progress at every stage. Whether you’re recovering, training, or simply seeking to move better, she meets you exactly where you are and helps you rise!

Outside the studio, Erin is usually with her family and two dogs, soaking in the seasonal beauty of Central Oregon. She also loves getting creative in the kitchen, crafting nutrient dense recipes inspired by food that fuels, nourishes, and heals.
