Anna discovered a passion for mindful movement and wellness practices during her undergraduate theater studies. Since then, she has received over 2,000 hours of mind-body instructor training, including multiple yoga certifications and comprehensive 500-hr Pilates certification. Inspired to further her understanding of evidence-based movement methodologies, Anna completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Columbia University in New York. Her Pilates sessions interweave an extensive background in mindfulness practices with the sciences of healing movement to promote a restorative and energizing experience. In her free time, Anna enjoys creative writing and exploring the natural beauty of the Appalachian region with family and loved ones.
