Emma Roland

Emma Roland
Originally from Black Mountain, NC, Emma is certified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates. Her journey into teaching began when her former volleyball coach introduced her to Pilates—a moment that sparked a lifelong passion for movement and strength. She quickly fell in love with the practice and knew she wanted to help others experience the same connection and confidence it brings. Emma has been teaching for nearly three years and continues to inspire students through her energetic and encouraging approach.
Emma specializes in Athletic Reformer Flow, focusing on building strength, balance, and body awareness through dynamic, controlled movement. Her teaching philosophy centers on creating an inclusive, uplifting space where everyone—no matter their experience level—feels confident and capable. She loves watching students grow stronger, more grounded, and proud of what their bodies can achieve.
One of Emma’s favorite teaching memories was when ABBA’s “Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!” came on during class—everyone started singing and dancing while moving together. “The energy was unforgettable!” she says. Moments like that remind her how fun and empowering movement can be.
Outside the studio, Emma enjoys discovering new coffee shops, spending time with her family, and serving in the military as a CBRN specialist.
