Lori has been in the fitness industry for many years. She started as a group exercise instructor and then as a personal trainer. She began to explore Pilates and fell in love with the additional benefits it offered to her clients as well as herself. She became certified and added Pilates to her client's programs. She then opened a studio with reformers, chairs, and props to deepen the benefits she could offer. Lori believes exercise and wellness are accessible to all and loves to share the journey with others.
When not training she loves to hike, read, and be outside as much as possible! She has a mini Australian shepherd who keeps her active as well.
