I believe fitness should be a lifelong journey, not a chore. Growing up in Brooklyn Park, I dipped my toes into everything from dance to weight training before falling in love with the precision of Pilates. With a background in Communications and Exercise Science, plus a full Pilates certification, I’m here to help you connect with your body in a whole new way.
My classes are a mix of focus and fun. My personal favorite exercise is the Teaser (don't worry, I'll help you get there!), but I believe the best workout is the one that makes you feel great. Off the mat, I’m usually decompressing with a good book, walking my pups, or just enjoying a good stretch.
