Apprentice Instructor
Alexandria (or Alex for short) is a Pilates Apprentice at Club Pilates, currently completing her certification with a passion for helping others build strength, body awareness, and confidence through mindful movement. She brings a unique background in somatic healing, Qoya Inspired Movement, and emotional
wellness to her teaching. As a Qoya facilitator, she guides people through a movement practice that honors the feminine spirit and invites expression through flowing, sensual, and intuitive dance. Combining this with her somatic awareness, Alexandria approaches Pilates as a powerful way to reconnect with the body and build inner and outer strength.
A lifelong lover of music, she believes in the rhythm and flow of movement as a path to presence and joy. Whether guiding a Pilates session or holding space for personal transformation, Alex creates a supportive space where clients feel seen, grounded, and empowered in their movement journey.
When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her canoodling with the plants in her garden, hanging out with her dogs and husband, having impromptu dance parties, or deep in conversation with close friends over a cup of tea.
