Kelly is a lifelong athlete with a deep passion for movement and community. She fell in love with Pilates after experiencing its powerful impact on the activities she loves most - hiking, skiing, trail running, swimming, sprint triathlons, and most importantly, keeping up with her three energetic kids.
In 2015, Kelly and her husband took the leap from their corporate desk jobs into studio ownership, opening Club Pilates locations in Longmont, Boulder, Waneka, and Frederick. She completed her 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certification through Club Pilates in 2019, further deepening her knowledge and connection to the practice.
While honoring the classical roots of Pilates, Kelly loves the athletic side of the method. Her classes are designed to help clients feel stronger, more mobile, and energized, with a focus on functional movement that supports real life and active lifestyles.
For Kelly, Pilates is more than just exercise—it’s a way to build strength, prevent injury, and foster lifelong wellness. Her mission is to improve the lives of those around her by promoting better health, stronger communities, and a positive heart and mind.
