Rosemary Leon
Apprentice Instructor
Rosemary discovered Pilates after the birth of her second son, seeking a way to rebuild her strength and confidence. What started as a postnatal recovery tool quickly became a lifelong practice. Over the next 13 years, Pilates helped her regain physical endurance, mental clarity, and a renewed sense of self.
With a deep-rooted passion for mindful movement, Rosemary eventually found her way to Club Pilates, where she enrolled in the Teacher Training Program. Since then, she’s embraced her new role with joy, finding purpose and connection through teaching. She loves helping others discover their strength and confidence—just as she did.
In class, Rosemary focuses on creating a supportive, empowering environment where members can challenge themselves and grow at their own pace. Her approach is grounded, uplifting, and built on years of personal experience.
When she’s not in the studio, Rosemary enjoys hiking, painting, baking, cooking, and spending time with her husband and their four amazing kids.
