Meghan Borg
Certified Pilates Instructor
I was introduced to Pilates while going through rehab after several surgeries, being able to work my core and knees in a way that I couldn't do in a gym. Needless to say, I immediately got addicted. I had worked in Physical Therapy and professional sports as a Master Sports Rehabilitation Massage Therapist for almost 20yrs. After some health issues, I made the hard decision to retire and go back to more of corporate life. It was several friends and my pilates instructors that kept encouraging me to get certified. Having trained in both classical and contemporary I loved the mix that my Master Trainers in Nevada Club Pilates offered.
Becoming an instructor became a joy reignited bringing me back to my roots working with the body finding power and strength in true movement. In all body types, backgrounds, and abilities.
Recently, I've relocated back to my home town of Salt Lake after living in the Las Vegas area for the past 9years. Graduated from the University of Utah in exercise physiology (Utes to my core). I enjoy spending time with my son and daughter-in-law (and my 2 grandpuppies) going to the beach and lakes. My daughter works for the airline so I love getting to travel with her.
