With over 20 years of experience practicing Pilates, she brings a deep passion for movement and mindful training to every class. She began her teaching journey with mat Pilates and has been instructing reformer and equipment-based classes since 2017. She primarily teaches flow classes and loves the variety of movement and intentional sequencing they offer. She also enjoys the change of pace that cardio sculpt brings, helping members challenge themselves in new ways. What she loves most about Pilates is the unique connection it creates between mind and body, and how that connection can positively transform both physical strength and overall well-being. Outside of the studio, she enjoys spending time with her kids and her cats whenever she can. During the spring and summer, you’ll often find her walking, running, or stand-up paddleboarding. She especially enjoys taking technique-focused SUP classes with Flatwater Fitness at Santa Fe Lake. Being on the water brings her a sense of peace and is one of her favorite ways to start the day, aside from Pilates, of course, especially while watching the beautiful sunrise over the lake.
