With a background in dance and a passion for movement, I found my way to Pilates as a way to connect more deeply with my body—and now I get to help others do the same. After years of flying as a flight attendant, I made the exciting transition into the fitness world, where I now teach Pilates, barre, and spin.
My classes are all about helping people feel strong, confident, and successful in their own bodies. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or more experienced, I offer a variety of progressions and levels throughout each session so everyone can move in a way that feels right for them . My goal is to create an empowering, supportive space where everyone leaves feeling better than when they walked in.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me doing anything that gets my body moving—taking dance or reformer classes, going for a hike, hopping on a spin bike, or diving into something adventurous. Movement is my happy place, and I love sharing that energy with others.
