Performing in dance most of her life starting from ballet as a young girl to after high school. Melanie has always been inspired to maintain a feminine sculpt in her muscle definition and posture by strengthening her body in a variety of dance inspired performing arts eventually finding Pilates in college. Pilates changed her life and helped reverse back pain from years of overworking extension muscle groups enhancing strength in muscular articulation and deeper sense of control in mind and muscle connection.
She’s passionate to inspire others to include Pilates into their bodies to repair, recruit and strengthen the muscles from daily routines that causes the root of imbalances in flexibility and strength. She also enjoys strength training and helping others improve their nutritional intake as a certified personal trainer and certified nutrition coach. On her free time she enjoys being active outdoors, working out in a variety of gyms and studios, dance, meal prepping or spending time with family catching up on the latest comedy or scary movies.
