Charlee first fell in love with Pilates during her junior year of college while taking classes with her mom. As a collegiate softball player, Charlee wanted a way to keep her body moving and continue building strength for her sport and she was instantly hooked. During Charlee's summer break, she began her 500-hour comprehensive training program and completed it just before her senior season began.
After graduating with a degree in Sports Management, Charlee fully immersed herself in the Pilates world. Combining her passion for Pilates and strength training, she brings an athletic edge to her classes, showing clients that they are capable of far more than they ever imagined. Her classes create an environment where people can step away from the outside world, relax, have fun, and break a sweat.
In her free time, Charlee enjoys spending time with her family, working out, and cheering on the New York Yankees. She strives to find the mind-body-soul connection in everything she does and empowers her clients to step into their greatness.
