Chris’ Pilates journey began in May 2024, but movement has always been a part of his life. As a 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo, he spent his childhood and high school years training with discipline, focus, and a love for physical challenge. That same passion instantly reignited the moment he stepped into his first Pilates class—he felt and saw results almost immediately, and was hooked. From there, it wasn’t unusual to find him taking two, three, even four classes a day. What started as a workout for Chris, quickly became a lifestyle. Pilates not only transformed his body but also deepened his connection to mindful movement, alignment, and strength. As an instructor, his goal is to share that same spark of motivation and empowerment with every client who steps into the studio. Outside the studio, he is a fashion and beauty guru to all who know him, an avid traveler, and a passionate home cook. Whether he is styling an outfit, exploring a new city, or perfecting a gluten-free recipe, he brings intention and creativity into everything he does. His 2 motto for pilates are: 1) “Let’s move together, feel stronger, and have fun while looking good doing it.” & 2) “Stronger core, cuter clothes.”
