Mikhaila was first introduced to Pilates by her grandmother, and it quickly became a lifelong passion. As a former athlete recovering from multiple injuries, she was searching for a practice that could both heal and strengthen her body, and Pilates proved to be exactly that.
Encouraged by her instructors,
Mikhaila pursued teacher training and discovered a deep love for guiding others. Her goal is to help people move with greater ease, build strength that supports their daily lives, and feel better in their bodies.
She brings empathy, energy, and a beginner's mind to every class, and is excited to keep growing alongside the SPRING community while empowering clients to reach their goals.
